Terms of order

Gift vouchers can be purchased online through our website or on site at the hotel.

• Vouchers are available in different denominations and for different services, including spa treatments, culinary experiences and holiday packages.
• Payment of the vouchers can be made by bank transfer.
• Vouchers will be issued after payment is confirmed.
• Vouchers can be sent by email or picked up at the hotel.

Terms of use

• Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date.
• Advance booking is required to use the voucher and bookings are subject to availability.
• Please contact our reservations department with your voucher number and preferred date of use.
• Reservations made with a voucher can be canceled or changed no later than 48 hours before the date of service.
• If canceled or changed less than 48 hours before the service, the voucher is considered used and cannot be used again.
• The voucher must be presented in printed or electronic format upon arrival at the hotel or when using the service.
• The voucher is personal and cannot be assigned or sold to third parties.
• Vouchers can only be combined with other promotions or discounts if this is expressly stated in the terms of the voucher.
