how it works
- Members of the "Loyal Club" receive 5 points for each night at the Sante wellness and spa hotel.
- Loyalty Club points ie. the reward unit, are credited to the client's personal membership account upon leaving the hotel and are used in the order determined by the member's level.
- To take advantage of all membership rewards, guests must use their points within the current year or until the next summer season.

terms and conditions
- Registration/Membership Fee: Loyalty Club registration is free and easy.
- Points cannot be transferred from one member to another.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Membership status is only achieved by customers who book directly on the hotel's official website, on-site (at reception) or through our Reservations department.
- Guests booked through third parties (travel agencies or tour operators) do not receive the exclusive membership rewards or can collect loyalty points.
